Exchange & Return Policy
This
policy only applies to purchases of NICOLINA footwear made via the NICOLINA Online Boutique.
Please note, that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for other items including, but not limited to, jewellery; any
NICOLINA made-to-measure items/special order items (ordered by
email/phone/in person etc); and NICOLINA items purchased outside the
NICOLINA Online Boutique. For any exchanges or returns on items not
originally purchased from NICOLINA, please contact the original place of
purchase. NICOLINA is
certain you will be very happy with your beautiful footwear purchase. However
should you require an exchange or return, please observe the following
procedures. EXCHANGES - NICOLINA footwear only If you prefer to exchange your purchased footwear for an alternative style,
please return the purchased item in an unworn, undamaged and unsoiled
condition within 7 days of receipt together with your invoice and all
the original packaging in perfect resalable condition, at your expense.
At the same time, simply repurchase your desired item via the Online
Boutique as done previously. Once we are in receipt of your returned
item, we will inform you in writing and refund you using the original
method of payment, provided the item being exchanged meets the above
criteria and is in resalable condition. For Exchanges in Size, Heel Height or Colour of the same Style purchased please contact us at exchanges@nicolina-online.com
within 7 days so we can confirm if we have your requested size, heel
height or colour for exchange. Once confirmed, promptly repurchase your
desired item via the Online Boutique as product availability changes
daily. Then return the item you wish to exchange in an unworn, undamaged
and unsoiled condition within 7 days together with your invoice and all
the original packaging in perfect resalable condition, at your expense.
Once we are in receipt of your returned item, we will confirm in
writing and refund you using the original method of payment, provided
the item being exchanged meets the above criteria and is in resalable
condition. RETURNS - NICOLINA footwear only Should you require a refund on your footwear purchase bought from our Online Boutique or by phone/email order,
this is possible once we are in receipt of the unworn, undamaged,
unsoiled item. This must be returned within 7 days of receipt together
with your invoice and all the original packaging in perfect resalable
condition at your expense. Once we are in receipt of your returned item,
we will refund you using the original method of payment. If our Quality
department confirms the item has a manufacturing fault, then NICOLINA
will refund your delivery charges in full. It is advisable that you
contact NICOLINA before sending any item at returns@nicolina-online.com
SAMPLES & SALE ITEMS - SPECIAL PROMOTIONS - NICOLINA footwear only Returns, Exchanges or Refunds are not available for 'Samples'. Refunds
(within 7 days) & Product Exchanges are available for 'Sale Items'
purchased - provided we have the item in stock - at your cost for
shipping both carefully
and make enquiries about Samples & Sale Items you are interested in
purchasing. NICOLINA will provide full details to you to assist in your
decision, before purchasing. NICOLINA
strongly recommends that you insure your returned item(s) as we will
not exchange or refund items which are lost or damaged in transit.
