Shipping & VAT Information

Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible and we endeavour to dispatch goods within 24 hours. However please allow up to 7 working days for footwear deliveries and up to 10 working days for non-footwear products.

We will use a reputable courier delivery service once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.

For deliveries within the EU (including the UK) the price of Goods quoted on our website is inclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax), if it applies. UK VAT will be clearly indicated on the order form when making your online purchase, only if it applies.

For deliveries outside the EU the price quoted does not include UK VAT and you will be responsible for any local taxes and/or duty on your incoming purchase within your country. Shipping/delivery charges will be detailed on the final secure checkout page before your payment confirmation.

Delivery in UK (one way only from £7, delivered to the customer's nominated address) excluding the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
